Steps for a Module owner to remove access of a NON-DOI user:

Go to User Management on either the ECOS Home page or from the Application Profile page Search for User, on the search results page select the drop down under Roles and select the application that you want to remove user access from if you are owner of more than one application.  Under the Assignable Roles, un-check all checked boxes of the roles the user has and then select the SAVE button. This will remove Module access from the user's account.  The user will still have access to ECOS, if you want the user's ECOS account disabled open a ECOS Helpdesk ticket to request the account be disabled.

These steps can be repeated for FWS users also.
