Confluence Retirement

Due to the feedback from stakeholders and our commitment to not adversely impact USGS science activities that Confluence supports, we are extending the migration deadline to January 2023.

In an effort to consolidate USGS hosted Wikis, myUSGS’ Confluence service is targeted for retirement. The official USGS Wiki and collaboration space is now SharePoint. Please migrate existing spaces and content to the SharePoint platform and remove it from Confluence at your earliest convenience. Biological Community/Data Type filter

  • Fish community data includes total abundance of each taxon within a sampling reach as well as supporting information such as length and weight and methods of collection.
  • Invertebrate community data includes abundance of each taxon within a sampling area in a reach as well as supporting information such as microhabitat measures.
  • Algae community data includes abundance of each taxon within a sampling area in a reach with supporting information such as microhabitat measures
  • Physical site condition, reach habitat, solar pathfinder and water column light intensity data are measures from the environment where the community data is collected.
Hints and Tricks:
  • Biological communities can be combined
  • Physical habitat samples can also be combined with biological communities
