Confluence Retirement

Due to the feedback from stakeholders and our commitment to not adversely impact USGS science activities that Confluence supports, we are extending the migration deadline to January 2023.

In an effort to consolidate USGS hosted Wikis, myUSGS’ Confluence service is targeted for retirement. The official USGS Wiki and collaboration space is now SharePoint. Please migrate existing spaces and content to the SharePoint platform and remove it from Confluence at your earliest convenience. Can I use BioData?

BioData is tool available to any USGS scientist for managing and distributing aquatic bioassessment and monitoring data.

  • (tick) Sampling methods/protocols supported in the system
  • (tick) Labs and Lab Procedures set up in the system
    • We will work with labs to get them set up in the system

  • Give you login access by enabling you regular desktop UserID
  • Create your project
  • Work with you to get your lab set up to deliver data to BioData (this takes time)
