Confluence Retirement

Due to the feedback from stakeholders and our commitment to not adversely impact USGS science activities that Confluence supports, we are extending the migration deadline to January 2023.

In an effort to consolidate USGS hosted Wikis, myUSGS’ Confluence service is targeted for retirement. The official USGS Wiki and collaboration space is now SharePoint. Please migrate existing spaces and content to the SharePoint platform and remove it from Confluence at your earliest convenience. If you need any additional information or have any concerns about this change, please contact myusgs@usgs.gov. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

This panel provides quick access to useful external links. If you think we have missed a critical link, please contact us.

BioData Projects

   In the project pane, you can:

  • Navigate to and Edit your projects
  • View other projects
  • Navigate to a tabular list of projects using the "Go to Project List" button at the top of the panel
  • Request a new project using the 'Request a New Project' button
  • Filter by selecting either 'My Projects' or 'All Projects'
  • Sort the project list by Project Name, Project Label, or Science Center

   If no projects appear in the BioData Projects panel, you are probably not a member of the project staff of any projects in BioData.

  • For project access, contact a member of the project staff of the project or the BioData team (contact us).
  • To request a new project, contact us or click on the 'Request a New Project' button in the application
