Confluence Retirement

Due to the feedback from stakeholders and our commitment to not adversely impact USGS science activities that Confluence supports, we are extending the migration deadline to January 2023.

In an effort to consolidate USGS hosted Wikis, myUSGS’ Confluence service is targeted for retirement. The official USGS Wiki and collaboration space is now SharePoint. Please migrate existing spaces and content to the SharePoint platform and remove it from Confluence at your earliest convenience. If you need any additional information or have any concerns about this change, please contact myusgs@usgs.gov. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Using the Project List

Choosing a project that you want to work on is the major function of the BioData Dashboard

Project List

In the project list, you can:

Request a new project using the 'Request a New Project' button
Filter by selecting either 'My Projects' or 'All Projects'
Sort the project list by any of the displayed columns. The width of these columns can also be adjusted for easier viewing.

If no projects appear in the BioData Projects panel, you are probably not a member of the project staff of any projects in BioData.

For project access, contact a member of the project staff of the project or the BioData team (contact us).
To request a new project, contact us or click on the 'Request a New Project' button in the application
