Confluence Retirement

In an effort to consolidate USGS hosted Wikis, the myUSGS Confluence service is targeted for retirement on January 28, 2022. The official USGS Wiki and collaboration space is now SharePoint. Please migrate existing spaces and content to the SharePoint platform and remove it from Confluence at your earliest convenience. If you need any additional information or have any concerns about this change, please contact myusgs@usgs.gov. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Good news! As of October 29, 2016, the Cross Reference array is now available in the OME.

Cross Reference Information is an optional, repeatable citation array in CSDGM. It is most often used to point users to related information of interest, such as parent datasets, derived datasets, or publications other than the primary publication that also reference the data described by the metadata record. The same bibliographic information in other CSDGM citations - title, author(s), publisher, publication place, publication year, online linkage, type, and format - are also part of the Cross Reference Citation.
