19 full proposals were submitted.
A voluntary group of reviewers representing across Mission Areas and Regions reviewed the proposals.
In a series of Review Panel sessions, each proposal was scored and ranked by the group.
The projects awarded for funding were announced at the March 12, 2014 CDI Monthly Meeting.
The FY14 CDI RFP was announced in September, 2013.
Phase I called for 2-page Statements of Interests (SOI).
64 SOIs were submitted this year.
The Community voted for SOIs and conducted SOI review meetings.
With the approval of the CDI Working Group leads and the Executive Sponsor, 21 SOIs were invited to submit full proposals
