Manager's Guide to the Integrated Ecological Framework
This technical guide supports transportation planners and natural resource specialists using standardized, scientific approaches to determine ecological priorities and integrate them into infrastructure decision-making. The guide is intended to address known organizational, process, and policy challenges in federal and state agencies working in transportation and striving for net environmental benefits. It supports mid- to long-range planning, not necessarily individual projects.
