Very weedy with alyssum and halogeton. Shrubs and some forbs are sparse. Keep an eye on this location, dirt work crews working on site. Sparse shrubs and forbs suggest site will not be able to meet the Yr 5 criteria. Site is not showing reproductive capability (also noted by Aster Cyn) lacking for grass, forb and shrub. Rills greater than 2".
