Needs attention. Trash found. Cheatgrass through out, the whole site needs walked, some flags were put down to mark cheatgrass. Pepper weed. Russian thistle, and halogeton were all over. Erosion was found. Cheatgrass /erosion identified in 2014 persists. Site is not showing reproductive capability (also noted by Aster Cyn) for grass, forb and shrub.
