    BLM Comments:

    Correct PADMS. Lots of trash. Halogeton and russian thistle were found. Seriously lacking forbs. Would be nice to bring reclamation in. Correct PADMS.  Reported last seeding in 2011.  Sparse shrubs and forbs if 4 years old suggest site will not be able to meet the Yr 5 criteria. Site is not showing reproductive capability (also noted by Aster Cyn) lacking for shrubs.
