Pipeline on south side of road is full of Cheatgrass, the entire pipeline from 1-10 to 3-10. Erosion is present all over the pad. Cheatgrass is found, alyssum is found all over the pad. Bare spots that were identified last year are still bare. Cheatgrass. Sparse areas reported since 2012 have not improved with time. Site is not showing reproductive capability (also noted by Aster Cyn) shrubs and forbs missing in most areas. Erosion noted.
