Site needs attention! Site is not improving with time, there are lots of weeds, including russian thistle, alyssum dominates the site. The shrubs that are doing well are 12" tall but there are only a few. 1 forb plant was found and there is little grass. Sparse shrubs and forbs identified in 2013. Lack of desirables suggest site will not be able to meet the Yr 5 criteria. Site is not showing reproductive capability (also noted by Aster Cyn) for grass, forb and shrub.
