Tons of erosion on hill by facilities, very weedy not improving with time. Only few parts of the pad show evidence of good reproductive capability. Bare areas and lack of forbs identified in 2013 are not improving with time. Cheatgrass through out site. Sparse areas reported in prior years have not improved with time. Site is not showing reproductive capability (also noted by Aster Cyn) grasses shrubs and forbs are missing, also rills.
