SageDAT will provide a mechanism for sharing and leveraging of data resources and allow for broader participation and transparency in decision-making. This set of tools will allow federal and non-federal managers alike to access and assess datasets they chose to share with the community while continuing to manage their own data. SageDAT is being designed as a data integration platform to serve the needs of both science and resource management communities. The completed product will use emerging technologies to allow effective sharing and discoverability of relevant data and tools while maintaining/preserving data owner control. This community will act as a consolidation point for data, maps and map services, tools and other resources that can be searched by the SageDAT portal (https://sagedat.org).
