This layer contains National Hydrography Dataset (NHD) linked locations, called events, for the Idaho Dept. of Water Resources (IDWR) Annual Time Series Water Measurement Locations. Events were created using the Hydrography Event Management (https://www.usgs.gov/core-science-systems/ngp/national-hydrography/tools ) Tool developed by USGS. This dataset was created as part of the Water-Use and Research Program (https://water.usgs.gov/wausp/wudr/ ) Grant Award #G19AC00324. The IDWR Annual Time Series Water Measurement Locations represent locations of diversions that are measured and reported to the Idaho Department of Water Resources, particularly those groundwater diversions located within the Eastern Snake Plain Aquifer (ESPA).
